Dileesa Archer
Founder & Artistic DirectorDileesa Archer is an award-winning vocalist, music educator, author, and vocal coach with more than two decades of teaching and performance experience. She has performed nationally and internationally, coached singers across a wide range of genres, and is the author of The Singer’s Bible.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a concentration in voice from Kennesaw State University, a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of West Georgia, and doctoral study in Music Education at Liberty University.
Dileesa founded Dileesa’s Vocal Academy to create the kind of training environment she believes singers deserve: personal, rigorous, encouraging, and grounded in both excellent musicianship and Christian values.
Her approach combines healthy, evidence-informed vocal training with musicianship, artistic development, performance, and meaningful mentorship. Rather than simply teaching students songs, Dileesa helps singers understand their instruments, strengthen their technique, develop their individual artistry, and grow into confident, thoughtful musicians.
At the heart of her teaching is the belief that every voice is unique—and excellent training should develop that individuality rather than erase it.
Through intentionally small vocal cohorts and individualized coaching, Dileesa is able to know her singers, challenge them, and provide the focused instruction necessary for meaningful artistic growth.
Her vision for Dileesa’s Vocal Academy extends beyond voice lessons: to build a thriving Christian music education community where students can develop their gifts, pursue excellence, perform boldly, and discover the artists they were created to become.

Together, Dileesa and Ashlee are building an Academy where artistic excellence and genuine care belong in the same room.
